Work From Home Mom With Stella and Dot

Being a stay at home mom and making money has never been easier than it is now. After having my youngest child I had this feeling of impending doom at the thought of going back to a regular 9-5. Apparently my husband did too. We just didn’t want him going to a daycare or babysitter. With the lack of family around we didn’t have any help. So we decided the best thing to do was for me to just be a Stay At Home Mom. Something I have NEVER done before. I’ve been on my own and working ever since I was 15 years old. After having my other children I was always right back to work. So this was all new territory for me.

Enter, Stella and Dot. I came across this company at a networking event. One of the women there was a Personal Stylist with Stella and Dot. Not wanting to jump right into anything (There is money involved in getting started) I wanted to take my time and research this company. I think it took me about a month to make my decision. I couldn’t find one negative thing about the company that is for women by women.

Everything I came across was about the mom who wanted an income while staying home with her children, or the woman who wanted to make money on the side enjoying what she does outside of her regular full time job. I figured I had found the ideal way to make money.

The details: Basically you pay $199 and within a couple of days you receive your business in a box so to speak. The box is full of catalogs, a day planner, signs, order forms, you name it, it’s in the box!! Everything you need to get started.

Next you chose the jewelry that you want. This was my favorite part! I got to pick out $350.00 worth of accessories to start my business. All of which was included in the $199.00. That’s a deal that couldn’t be beat! Next thing I had to do was start calling and emailing all of my stylish friends and let them know about my new business and ask if they wanted to host a party. Not only did I make commission off of anything I sold at the party but I was paid by the following week on my adorable prepaid Stella and Dot debit card!!

Now that I’m in a new state and don’t know anyone, it would be hard for me to be a stylist here. However, I really like the company and the constant help that I got every step of the way. The discount on the accessories didn’t hurt either.
